Hanin Zoabi: “I Won’t Leave My Homeland”

There are only seven of 120 member of Knesset who are Palestinians, four from the Ta’al Party and the rest from the Balad Party, including Hanin Zoabi. Though from minority group, Zoabi always strongly defense the rights and the interests of Palestinians in Israel.

Therefore, it’s not surprisingly if this unmarried 42 year-old woman has been always taunted and criticized from the ultra-nationalist and religious politicians. The pressure against her came to peak in July last year. The Ethic Committee revoked Zoabi’s three rights as member of Knesset: her diplomatic passport, legal assistance, and was not allowed to visit the countries which have no diplomatic relationship with Israel. Controversy of Obama’s Nobel

In fact US President Barack Hussein Obama surprised, absolutely for global society. Most likely no one in this universe has previously predicted on October 9 he will receive the Nobel Prize for Peace at his nine months in power. Nobel committee in Oslo, Norway, argued that he has done great efforts to create a world free of nuclear weapons and a better situation of international relations, especially in term of relationship between his country and the Muslim world.

It is a hasty assessment to conclude that Obama’s policy on world peace will be successful. There’s no one of those two great ideas has been emerged. Five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council added with India, Pakistan, Israel, Iran, and North Korea still have nuclear power. The relationship between the US and Islam is not harmonic yet. So, definitely he also upset and the controversy of his Nobel sparked. Continue reading

Approach the Western Wall

Obama prayed at the Western Wall when Moslems did Shubuh praying in the Al-Aqsha mosque.

The most effective strategy to approach a community by following yheir way of life, included their worship. The US presidential candidate from Democrat Party Barack Hussein Obama, 47, also realized this kind tactic could be used to assure the Jewish voters.

That’s why in his last two day visit in Israel on Thursday two weeks ago, he visited the Western Wall or Kotel in Hebrew which sacred by Jews. This holy place located in the Al-Aqsha mosque compound, east Jerusalem. Continue reading
